IBM recently estimated 120 million workers in the 12 largest economies need to be retrained due to AI, and yet less than half of CEOs have the resources needed.

LinkedIn’s Workplace Learning Report found that ‘Businesses are fighting to stay ahead of the curve .. (and) Individuals are conscious of staying relevant in the age of automation’. The solution? ‘Creating learning opportunities to enable employee growth and achievement’.

With predictions for how many jobs will be impacted by AI and robotics in the 14-70% range, it’s clear that instead of relying on past estimations, we instead need to make sure these new learning opportunities prioritise adaptability, problem solving and human focused skills so we succeed no matter which scenario comes to pass.

Illume Group

FutureWe has had a long relationship with Agile Direct, Illume Group and Adepto.org co-founder Michael Derwin - from prototyping the First on Mars scenario with PWC trainees, to developing Agile practice playbooks.

Decida

FutureWe is privileged to be working closely with Roshelle Weir of Decida to explore AI so we understand its impact ourselves. This project is specifically developing an AI ‘guide-bot’ that can have conversations with our members to guide them through the mapping tools we’ve developed.
