If we could orbit Earth right now, we'd see a planet undergoing massive transition across technology, work, and society. While 30-70% of jobs are set to be impacted by automation by 2030, not enough organisations are thinking big picture enough about how to prepare students or retrain workers to take advantage of the amazing opportunities this future can bring.
Jonathan Nalder founded FutureWe in 2016 to turn this around. It began with the Future-U Community and launch team, and in 2018 expanded as FutureWe.org with co-Director Nick Burnett and now our 450+ global community - all so we can map future readiness, grow skills and plan for success.

The Be Future Ready framework is the big picture map of what’s needed to make soft skills tangible and invent whatever is needed tomorrow. It’s the heart of HOW we help learners and workplaces adapt and create new tomorrows. Developed by founder Jonathan Nalder with guidance from 500+ members of our global community of experts, its now reached version 11 with five domains and twenty literacies that provide a scaffold for:
